Looking past The Warts at the upper Northeast Ridge and out toward the Third Pinnacle high on Mount Everest. The rounded, gravelly shoulder in center is the Northeast Shoulder - site of the 1938 Camp VI - and modern Camp VI is clearly visible below. This was taken quite near where I discovered a 1924 mitten on April 30, 2001.
